This guide walks you through everything you need to launch your first CTV campaign on Vibe, from account setup to reading your first report.
Step 1: Create your account
Sign up at vibe.co and create your advertiser account. You will need a business email and a credit card for billing. See Create Your Account.
Step 2: Install the Vibe pixel
Before launching your campaign, install the Vibe pixel on your website. The pixel tracks visitor activity (page views, leads, purchases) and is required for any campaign goal beyond Awareness.
Go to Settings > Web Tracking and follow the installation instructions.
Make sure the pixel is installed on every page of your site, not just the homepage.
Verify it is firing by checking the Pixel page for recent events.
See Vibe Pixel for detailed instructions, or find your platform-specific guide (Shopify, WordPress, GTM, etc.).
Step 3: Upload your video creative
Your ad must be a video file meeting these specs:
16:9 aspect ratio, minimum 1280x720 resolution
5 to 90 seconds (15s or 30s recommended)
.mp4 format, 500MB max
You can upload creatives during campaign creation or in advance via the Creative Library. See Video Creative Best Practices for tips.
Step 4: Create your campaign
Follow these steps to configure your campaign:
Choose your goal: Awareness, Traffic, Leads, Sales, App Promotion, or Retargeting. Each goal requires different prerequisites (e.g., pixel events for Sales). See Campaign Goal Prerequisites.
Set your budget: Choose daily or lifetime budget. See Set a Budget.
Define your targeting: Select geography, audience demographics, channels, and content categories. See Campaign Targeting.
Assign your creative: Select the video(s) you uploaded.
Review and launch: Double-check your settings and publish.
For a full walkthrough, see Create your Campaign.
Step 5: Wait for the learning phase
After launch, your campaign enters a learning phase (typically 7-14 days) where the system optimizes delivery. Do not make major changes during this period. See Understanding the Campaign Learning Phase.
Step 6: Read your first report
Once your campaign has been running for a few days, check your results:
Go to Campaigns and click View report on your campaign.
The Report tab shows a performance chart and a data table you can break down by strategy, time, geography, and more.
The Insights tab shows visual breakdowns of geographic, demographic, and inventory performance.
See Measure your Campaign Performance for a full guide, and Understanding Your Campaign Metrics for metric definitions.
