Manage Your Creative Assets in the Library

Written by Nicolas Hemidy
Updated this week

The Creative Library is your central hub for managing all video ad assets on Vibe. Instead of uploading creatives one-by-one inside each campaign, you can manage your entire asset library in one place — and pull from it whenever you build a new campaign.

What you can do in the Creative Library

  • Upload up to 5 video creatives at once

  • Organize creatives with custom tags

  • Search by creative name and filter by advertiser or approval status

  • Browse in grid view (visual) or list view (detailed)

  • Select any asset directly from the library when creating or editing a campaign

  • Delete creatives that are no longer in use

Accessing the Creative Library

Click Creative Library in the main navigation bar at the top of your Vibe dashboard. The library shows all video creatives associated with your account (or across all your advertisers if you're an agency user).

Uploading creatives

You can upload up to 5 video files at once directly from the Creative Library.

  1. Click the Upload button in the top right corner of the library.

  2. Select up to 5 .mp4 files from your device (Shift+click or Cmd/Ctrl+click to select multiple).

  3. The upload panel will open and show per-file progress. You can minimize or close it — uploads continue in the background.

  4. Uploaded creatives will appear in the library with a Pending review status while Vibe's ACR system scans them (this takes up to 30 minutes).

  5. Once approved, the status updates to Approved and the creative is ready to use in campaigns.

💡 Tip: Need to upload more than 5 files? Just repeat the upload process — there's no limit on total library size.

Video specifications

All uploaded creatives must meet the following requirements:

  • Format: .mp4

  • Aspect ratio & resolution: 16:9, 1920×1080

  • Max length: 90 seconds

  • Max file size: 500MB per file

  • Frame rate: Constant; 23.98, 25, or 29.97 FPS

  • Bit rate: ≥ 2500 KBPS

⚠️ File names must not start with special characters (e.g., @, #, %, !, _, -). See Video Creative Compliance for full content guidelines.

Organizing with tags

Tags help you categorize your creatives so they're easy to find as your library grows. You can create your own tag labels — for example, by campaign type, product line, or season.

To add a tag:

  1. Select one or more creatives from the library.

  2. Click Add tag from the action menu.

  3. Type a new tag name or select an existing one.

You can apply multiple tags to the same creative, and the same tag to multiple creatives.

Searching and filtering

  • Search: Use the search bar to find creatives by name.

  • Filter by advertiser: If you manage multiple advertisers, use the advertiser filter to narrow the view.

  • Filter by status: Filter by approval status — Pending review, Approved, or Rejected.

  • Switch views: Toggle between Grid view (visual thumbnails) and List view (detailed table) using the view icons in the top right.

Using a creative from the library in a campaign

When building or editing a campaign, you can select any approved creative directly from your library — no re-uploading needed.

  1. Reach the creatives step during campaign creation or strategy editing.

  2. Click Select from library.

  3. Browse or search for the creative you want to use.

  4. Click the creative to select it and add it to your strategy.

Deleting a creative

To delete a creative, hover over it in the library, click the action menu (…), and select Delete.

⚠️ Note: A creative cannot be deleted if it is currently used in an active campaign. To delete it, first remove it from all active campaigns.

Understanding approval status

  • Pending review: Your creative has been uploaded and is being scanned by Vibe's ACR system. This takes up to 30 minutes.

  • Approved: Your creative passed review and is ready to use in campaigns.

  • Rejected: Your creative didn't meet Vibe's content guidelines. Review the rejection reason and upload a revised version. See Video Creative Compliance for guidelines.
