Thanks to Vibe.co’s ACR (Automatic Content Recognition) technology, videos are scanned in seconds for inappropriate content and launched as soon as they are approved (it can take up to 30 minutes).

Here are the Dos and Don’ts to get your ad live as quickly as possible.

General Ad Creative Compliance

Do:

  • Make sure your ad meets the following specifications:

    • Size Ratio | 16:9, 1920×1080

    • Length | 30 seconds max, 15 or 30 second slots

    • File Format | .mp4

    • File Size | Max size 500MB

    • Frame Rate | Must be constant; 23.98, 25, or 29.97 FPS

    • Bit Rate | Greater or equal to 2500 KBPS

  • Add a Vibe pixel to your website header to monitor campaign performance.

  • Keep your company URL on-screen at all times

Don’t:

  • Facilitate or promote illegal activity

  • Create content that is deceptive, misleading, defamatory, obscene, distasteful, racially or ethnically offensive, harassing, or that is discriminatory based upon race, gender, color, creed, age, sexual orientation, or disability

  • Include sexually suggestive, explicit, or pornographic content

  • Infringe upon or violate any right of any third party, including, without limitation, any intellectual property, copyrighted content, privacy, or publicity rights

  • Market or promote gambling, guns, alcohol, or tobacco product

Political Ad Creative Compliance

Political ads are some of our most common campaign types! TheVibe system automatically reviews all ads after publishing your campaign to ensure FCC compliance before they are run.

Do:

  • Confidently upload ads relating to elections, ballot initiatives, political candidates and ads intended to raise awareness on certain political or social issues in the United States.

  • Comply with all applicable laws, including without limitation all federal election laws, and US FEC regulations, including obligations with respect to ensuring required disclosures regarding the source of the political advertising and maintaining certain archives and providing reporting.

  • Include a clear and conspicuous “Paid for by” disclosure identifying who paid for the communication, and whether it was authorized by a candidate or organization.

Don’t:

  • Submit political ads in the United States if the advertiser is not located in the United States.

  • Submit anonymously funded campaigns.

  • Create content that is deceptive, misleading, defamatory, obscene, distasteful, racially or ethnically offensive, harassing, or that is discriminatory based upon race, gender, color, creed, age, sexual orientation, or disability.

CBD Ad Creative Compliance

Do:

Don't:

  • Advertise cannabis-derived products in states where their consumption is illegal

  • Suggest health or medical benefits associated with your product

  • Include elements that could appeal to children (cartoon characters, etc.)

  • Make false or misleading statements, including those made about competitors’ products

  • Include testimonials or endorsements

  • Portray product consumption

  • Mention pricing, potency statements, or promotional offers

Disney+ and Peacock Creative Guidelines

General Information

Disney+ and Peacock have specific creative guidelines that Vibe cannot overlook.
When selecting these streaming services, you must ensure compliance with these guidelines, as failure to do so may result in your campaigns not being delivered on Disney+ or Peacock.

Also, note that the additional creative validation process from Disney+ or Peacock can take a few extra days to review the creative.

For those reasons, Vibe recommends not selecting Disney+ or Peacock alone in the published campaigns but rather pairing them with other channels to ensure the successful delivery of the campaigns.

If you have selected Disney+, or Peacock and notice no impressions have been delivered, you can contact your Account Manager for help.

Below is a detailed list of the creative specifications for each publisher.
