If the scan detects one of the most severe policy categories, your creative is blocked as soon as the scan finishes, without waiting for a manual review. For anything else, the creative is flagged for a human reviewer and we contact you to fix the issue.
Creatives are blocked automatically for:
Adult content or services, and explicit sexual content
Gambling content
Illegal drugs, and illegal products or services
Weapons or explosives
Tobacco products
Scam advertisements, and harmful or deceptive content
Defamatory or threatening material
Insults, profanity, or crude language and gestures
Propaganda or controversial content
Sale of body parts
Other issues — such as copyrighted content, counterfeit products, fake reviews, or misleading financial advice — are flagged for review rather than blocked outright.
