Keeping your Vibe account topped up is crucial for running uninterrupted campaigns. You can easily add credits to your account balance using Vibe's secure and convenient top-up feature.
Whether you choose to add funds via credit card (immediately availability) or by ACH direct debit (with a slight delay), we’ve got you covered.
How to Add Credits to Your Vibe Account
Click on Settings in your Vibe dashboard.
Select Balance & Transactions in the left navigation bar.
Click on Add credits.
Choose the amount to credit and your payment preference:
By card
By wire transfer (ACH direct debit)
Enter your card or bank account information and click on Make payment.
Important Notes:
Funds are only available to spend once they have been successfully transferred from your bank to your Vibe account.
To avoid campaign interruptions, add a back up credit card under Payment Methods page in the settings tab. If your Vibe balance reaches $0, campaigns will continue delivering only if a 2nd credit card is available. Without a credit card to take over, campaigns will stop until you add more funds.
