Vibe does not charge any platform, subscription, extra user seat, or joining fees. The budget you set per campaign is the exact amount your account will be charged.
How billing works
Your account is billed automatically based on your accumulated ad spend:
First invoice: Your first charge is triggered when your balance reaches $100. This lower threshold helps verify your payment method before larger charges.
Subsequent invoices: After the first successful payment, your account is charged every time your balance reaches $500, or every 30 days, whichever comes first.
If your account has an outstanding balance for more than 30 days, you will be charged for the full amount owed regardless of the threshold.
Payment methods
There are 3 ways to add funds to your Vibe account:
Credit card
To add a credit card:
Click on the Settings icon on your Vibe dashboard.
Select Payment Methods in the left navigation bar.
Select Add a new credit card.
Enter your card details.
Click Save.
To remove a credit card:
Go to Settings > Payment Methods.
Click Remove next to the card.
Confirm the removal.
What happens if a payment fails?
When a payment fails, all active campaigns are paused and Vibe will re-attempt the charge. You can visit the Invoices section of your account to manually pay the invoice or enter new credit card information. Once payment is processed, all active campaigns are automatically reactivated.
Top up your account
Ensure campaign continuity by adding credits to your Vibe account ahead of time:
Go to Settings > Balance & Transactions.
Click Add credits.
Choose the amount and your payment method (card or wire transfer/ACH).
Enter your payment details and click Make payment.
The funds will appear under Balance once your bank processes the transfer. Wire transfers can take 1-2 business days. A receipt is available for each transaction on the Receipts tab under Settings.
Wire transfer deposit
To make a wire transfer deposit, please contact an account manager via the chat box.
Backup credit card
You can add a backup credit card to avoid campaign interruptions if your primary card fails. See Add a Backup Credit Card.
