Vibe.co offers three types of pixel tracking:
Web traffic (visits)
Leads
Purchases
You can select the attribution window of your choice (1 hour, 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, or 7 days).
Vibe.co also integrates with Google Analytics and MMPs (Mobile Measurement Partners) for further measurement granularity.
Pixel tracking will allow you to measure how many of your CTV ad viewers visit your website within the attribution window of your choice. In order to get accurate results, it is crucial to follow these implementation steps:
How to install the Vibe pixel
How to verify your pixel implementation
Vibe pixel confirmation email
If relevant, you can also consult our Google Tag Manager implementation article.
How to install the Vibe pixel
Visit the Web tracking page under the Vibe Settings menu.
Choose your Advertiser and click on Setup.
Select your installation method.
Copy your web tracking code and paste it between the <head> tags on your website.
Before moving to the next step, check your pixel implementation. Make sure the URL in the confirmation message is the same one you pasted the Vibe web tracking code on.
Additional trackings events
You can also track Leads and Purchases directly on your Vibe campaign reporting page. To do so:
Go back to te Web tracking code page.
Click on the Additional events tab.
Copy the tracking codes and implement them on the relevant pages:
The Lead tracking code should only be implemented on your lead confirmation page.
The Purchase tracking code should only be implemented on your purchase confirmation page.
Note: If you are selling products with different prices, you should add dynamic values to measure your ROAS properly.
To add dynamic values, replace 'INSERT_PRICE_HERE' in the purchase code with your website's dynamic value code.
Purchase variables vary from site to site. Consult your developer to find the right ones for your website.
How to verify your implementation manually
Open your Developer console and select the Network tab.
To open your Developer console, right click on any webpage of your site and select Inspect page.
Open the website or page where you've implemented additional tracking events.
In the Network tab filter, search for 'Vibe'.
If the pixel has been properly implemented, you'll find two rows:
vbpx.js
s?aid..
Click on the s?aid row
Click on Payload
On the a: line, you should see the relevant event name (Page View, Lead or Purchase).
Vibe pixel confirmation email
Once you've saved the pixel in your Vibe account, we start collecting data via your pixel.
The data collected represents the total number of events from your website, not only the traffic driven by your campaigns.
2 days after saving your pixel, you will receive the number of events we’ve collected by email so you can take action based on those figures. 👇
