Vibe Pixel Tracking on SquareSpace

Learn how to install the Vibe Pixel on your SquareSpace website.

Installing the Vibe Pixel on your Squarespace website allows you to track key events like page views, leads, and purchases—giving you full visibility into your campaign performance. Here's a step-by-step guide to adding your pixel using Squarespace’s Code Injection feature.

Before starting, make sure you have:

  • A Squarespace Business or Commerce plan (Code Injection is only available on these plans)

  • Your Vibe Pixel code (available in your Vibe Pixel dashboard)

Step 1: Copy Your Vibe Pixel Code

  1. Log into your Vibe account.

  2. Click your username (top right) and select Tracking.

  3. Click Set up a pixel.

  4. Select Squarespace as your installation method.

  5. You'll see your pixel code, with a Page View tab plus an Additional Events tab that contains your Lead and Purchase event snippets.

  6. Copy the code from the Page View tab first — this is your base pixel and needs to go on every page.

Step 2: Inject the Pixel in Squarespace

  1. Log into your Squarespace admin.

  2. In the left-hand menu, click Settings → Advanced → Code Injection.

  3. In the Header section, paste your Vibe pixel snippet.

    💡 This will ensure your pixel fires on every page load, including home, product, and landing pages.

  4. Click Save.

Step 3: Confirm Page View Tracking

To confirm that your Vibe Page View Pixel is firing correctly:

  1. Open your website in a new tab.

  2. Return to the Vibe Pixel page and open the Status tab to confirm whether tracking events are being received.

📍 Optional: Firing Lead or Purchase Events

If you want to track Lead or Purchase events:

  • For a thank-you page or purchase confirmation page, you can:

    1. Go back to your Vibe Tracking page and copy the code from the Lead or Purchase tab (whichever applies).

    2. Add it on that specific page using Squarespace's Page Settings → Advanced → Page Header Code Injection field.

    3. If you're manually implementing the Purchase event and selling at different price points, replace INSERT_PRICE_HERE in the snippet with your site's dynamic pricing variable so ROAS tracks accurately. Consult your developer for the correct variable.
