You can connect your Mailchimp account with Vibe to retarget your email subscribers on Streaming TV campaigns. The integration is quick to set up and keeps your audiences synced automatically.
Step 1 – Connect Mailchimp to Vibe
In Vibe, go to Settings → Custom audiences.
Click New audience and select Mailchimp.
Choose your advertiser account in Vibe.
Click Connect with partner.
Log in to your Mailchimp user account (if you're not yet logged in).
Select the relevant Mailchimp Account you want to connect.
Authorize Vibe by clicking on Allow.
Once complete, you'll see a confirmation that your Mailchimp account is successfully connected.
Step 2 – Import Mailchimp Audiences
After connecting, Vibe automatically displays your available Mailchimp Audiences and Segments:
Select one or more audiences or segments to sync.
Click Save selection.
Your synced lists will now appear under Custom audiences in Vibe and will refresh automatically as contacts are added or removed in Mailchimp.
Step 3 – Use Mailchimp Audiences in Campaigns
When creating or editing a campaign in Vibe:
In the Strategy step of a campaign, open the Custom audiences section.
Choose one or more Mailchimp lists.
Add them to your campaign targeting.
Vibe matches Mailchimp profiles with CTV household profiles using identifiers such as email and IP. This allows you to reach your email subscribers with precision on TV.
Managing Mailchimp Audiences
You can add or remove lists at any time from the Custom audiences page.
Lists stay updated automatically.
To disconnect Mailchimp, go to Settings → Custom audiences and click Disconnect.
Best Practices
Allow 24–48 hours after importing before launching campaigns, so Vibe can match the maximum number of profiles.
Import sufficiently large lists: only contacts with usable identifiers (like email or IP) are targetable. For best deliverability and performance, your list should ideally include at least 50,000 contacts.
Keep targeting simple: avoid stacking demographic or interest filters on top of Mailchimp audiences to preserve scale.
Use for email-driven campaigns such as win-back, re-engagement, or loyalty activation—extend your email strategy to the big screen.
