Set up your Vibe payment options quickly and easily.

Vibe does not charge any platform, subscription, extra user seat, or joining fees, so the budget you decide to set per campaign is the exact amount your account will be charged.

Your account will be billed:

  • every 30 days, starting on your campaign launch date
    OR

  • every time your balance reaches $500.

NOTE: If this is your first campaign, you will be charged once your campaign reaches $100 spend. Billing will then resume according to the above rules.

There are 2 ways to add funds to your Vibe account:

Credit card

Enter your information as follows:

  1. Click on the Settings icon on your Vibe dashboard.

  2. Select Payment Methods in the left navigation bar.

  3. Select Add a new credit card.

  4. Enter your card details.

  5. Click on Save.

To remove your credit card information, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Settings icon on your Vibe dashboard.

  2. Select Payment Methods in the left navigation bar.

  3. Click on Remove.

  4. Confirm your card removal.

How does automatic payment work?

All card types are charged every 30 days or any time your balance reaches a $500 threshold (they will be charged at the $100 mark for first-time payments then $500 for all subsequent charges)

What happens if a payment fails?

Once payment fails, all active campaigns are paused, and Vibe will re-attempt to withdraw payment. You can visit the invoice section of your account to manually pay the invoice or enter new credit card information. Once payment is processed, all active campaigns are automatically reactivated.
