Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is required on all Vibe accounts. It adds a second layer of security so your account stays protected even if your password is ever compromised.
You'll be prompted to set up MFA the first time you sign in. Setup takes less than 2 minutes.
Choose Your Authentication Method
You can choose between two methods:
Authenticator app — use Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, Microsoft Authenticator, or any TOTP-compatible app
SMS verification — receive a one-time code by text message
Set Up with an Authenticator App
Open your authenticator app and scan the QR code displayed on screen, or enter the setup key manually.
Enter the 6-digit code from your app to confirm it's working.
Click Verify to complete setup.
Set Up with SMS
Enter your phone number and click Send code.
Enter the 6-digit code you received by text.
Click Verify to complete setup.
Signing In Going Forward
After entering your email and password, you'll be prompted for your second factor. Enter the current 6-digit code from your authenticator app or the code sent to your phone.
Lost Access to Your Second Factor?
If you can no longer access your authentication method, use one of your backup recovery codes on the login screen to sign in.
