Troubleshooting tips and strategies to get your campaigns live again.

If you’ve launched your campaign but aren’t getting results yet, a few things might be happening:

  • Has it been over 12 hours since your campaign launch?

It can take up to 12 hours (though usually much less) for campaigns to start sending back actionable results once they have been published. If your campaign has been active for longer, read on for more options or contact a Vibe team member through our chat box. If not, we recommend waiting a bit for results to come in.

  • Has your creative been flagged?

Ads can sometimes be flagged for inappropriate content (see full list here). Check your inbox for an email from a Vibe team member who would have contacted you directly if creative compliance were an issue.

  • Is your deliverability range too narrow?

Some granularly targeted campaigns can be difficult to deliver because there simply aren’t enough available IP addresses within a narrow range of dimensions. If that’s the case, you should see an alert on the right hand side of your strategy creation page with a warning message. To fix the issue, simply widen your targeting dimensions until the delivery estimator turns green again.

  • Is your max CPM too low?

We recommend selecting Automatic Bidding in your campaign creation dashboard to maximize your bid win-rate and campaign deliverability, but if you choose to set a maximum CPM under the Manual Bidding module, you may need to increase it to $18 or above for your campaign to deliver properly.
